I purchased a CM case a while back and am having trouble with the front panel IO module.
Answer
1. Make sure your Chassis still under the term of warranty.
2. Ask the purchased store for the part replacement, if they can't help.
3. Take a picture of the defective part and email your request with picture to our CM Branch and ask the part for replacement.
